I’ve been taking these for about three months now. Just one capsule every three or four days. It took about two months for me to really notice a difference. I haven’t been diagnosed with clinical depression, but I’ve had my share of ups and downs. And this year, of course, has been unique to say the least. Anyways, I just feel… better. And I find myself making the decisions that I should be making to take care of my mental health. Lately I’ve been exercising more, eating more veggies, connecting well with people, and saving my precious time and energy from the things that don’t serve me – doing stuff I should have been doing anyways for my mental and physical health. Were these capsules the cause of it all? Well, I’m sure they are not 100% responsible, but I know they’ve helped.
This is the kind of review I was looking for when I was first looking around at microdosing, so I hope it helps. You have to do the work, too. Like, you have to take care of yourself. But I’ve found that these give me the nudge to do the work.
